PURCHASE PROCESS:
STEP 1) COMPLETE DOWNPAYMENT AND DOCUMENTATION FEE (WE CHARGE A FLAT $195 FEE PER TRANSACTION)

STEP 2. PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE DEED AND/OR LAND CONTRACT
Please to complete our purchase info form, which will give us the information we need to prepare your paperwork as well as what form of payment you will be using and on what terms you wish to pay (e.g. Bid & Assume, Cash) for the balance of the land.
STEP 3. REVIEW AND SIGN THE LAND CONTRACT (ONLY APPLIES IF YOU ARE PAYING OVER TIME)
- You'll receive the Land Contract via email, please review it carefully, notify us of any changes, then sign & notarize the contract.
- We also ask that you complete the 'Sign Up Agreement' which gives us the information needed to setup your monthly payment account*.
- If you wish to pay your monthly payments on a automatic basis, please complete the form entitled "Automatic Withdrawal Form"
* Our accounts are serviced by our partner, Noteworld. What this means is that you have an independant, 3rd party who handles the collection of your monthly payments, gives you access to account online, and provides Annual Statements for income tax reporting - all at our cost!! Once your payments are complete, we'll send you your deed (see step 4.)
STEP 4. PREPARING THE DEED (IF YOU ARE PAYING IN FULL OR IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR LAND CONTRACT PAYMENTS)
When you have paid in full, you will receive your Deed Package via email. Please review the Deed Package and let us know if you wish to correct anything. For the quickest turnaround, you may print the documents, sign & notarize (if necesarry) and return to us at:

If you'd prefer us to mail you the Deed Package documents for you to sign, please let us know.
STEP 5. LAND OWNERSHIP
Once we receive your signed Deed Package, we will send it to the County Courthouse for recording. It typically takes 3-6 weeks for the County to return the deed to you, although, once the Deed is recorded at the County Courthouse, you become the legal owner! Congratulations!
